Poor Me! One of those phrases that sounds like a broke record, right? well, this broken record has played itself out. Look at me, I am attention whore! Sound familiar? I thought it did…See if this rings a bell too. No really, don’t take my word on it, pop onto Google and do a quick search for Michael Crook.
sociopath (soh-see-uh-path, soh-shee-uh-path)
Someone whose social behavior is extremely abnormal. Sociopaths are interested only in their personal needs and desires, without concern for the effects of their behavior on others.Sociopaths are very egocentric individuals that lack a sense of personal responsibility and
morality.
They may be impulsive, manipulative, reckless, quarrelsome, and consistent liars. Sociopaths are usually unable to sustain relationships and have a total lack of remorse for their actions AND may also be very prone to aggressive, hostile, and sometimes violent behavior. This aggression may or may not lead to criminal behavior and often takes the form of domestic violence.
The causes of this sociopathic disorder have been narrowed to several factors through research. One of the primary causes of sociopathic behavior is believed to be neurological abnormalities mainly in the frontal lobe of the brain.
A second factor believed to be partially responsible for sociopathic disorder in some cases is the primary socialization of individuals within dysfunctional environments, such as abusive, poorly educated, or poverty stricken homes.
I am still trying to decide, is it irony, or hypocrisy? the whole statement of, ” They all failed, and are bitter, yet here I am!” I will let you, the reader be the judge.
By the way, as a point of information; Jason Fortuny is happily blogging away in Seattle. Jeff Diehl is also continually contributing to society in a productive way, by blogging away on an extremely popular site, and fighting the ill informed that insist on sending out false DMCA notices. (Google “dear Internet, I’m sorry” for a chuckle.) “Emily Pearson”… well those that have followed Crook in the past have some pretty solid ideas about who and what she was.
His book is back up on LuLu, without the preview.Lucky for Mike, his book rank will start over now and we will be excited to see if it ranks higher than, “Bob the Booger”, Currently ranked at 24,069.
I am giddy as a schoolgirl, now it is like a fortune cookie, (a poorly written one.) you can get one, but it will be a surprise when you open it. C’mon Mikey… give us a little taste of what we have to look forward to.
